This week was the week the Lynchburg Parks and Rec decided to bulldoze my sons favorite park with literally no notice. During covid in the middle of summer while schools were closed. WTF? Bad timing all around!! Crazy.
This is also the second week of my candida cleanse from the natural doctor. This week I horrible sugar cravings and problems feeling full. Guess my yeast was hungry. I'm sticking it out and hoping it is helping. I want to be well.
