Lighthouse
I did this short watercolor at work the other day. I really think (aside from sewing) that I have one of the most amazing jobs in the world.
I never realized how much I've missed painting.
Does anyone else watercolor? I taught myself with a tiny palette of dry colors and about three brushes. I'm still learning--but I am amazed by how wonderfully forgiving and blend-able watercolors are. If you have never tried them, you should; you just might surprise yourself. I love them.

I love watercolours. And it's fun mixing in some other mediums, like pastels and pencil crayons :)
Have you ever tried art journaling? You seem like you'd enjoy it. It can be time consuming but it's really fun!
And relaxing, meant to put relaxing. It definitely works as a stress reliever :)
Oh that does sound fun! :P I bet I would enjoy it but I have zero time for a new hobby. And painting is totally relaxing!
